Rebecca Williamson Smith is a research project manager on the CultCryo project based at the Australian National University in Canberra, Australia. After completing an MA in Social Anthropology at Victoria University (Wellington, New Zealand), and a PhD in Sociology on multiculturalism, public space and urban diversity in suburban Sydney (at the University of Sydney), Rebecca has worked in a number of researcher and research administration positions at a range of academic institutions. She has been involved in interdisciplinary projects across the topics of international migration, the social impacts of climate crisis, reproductive health and justice, and urban futures.
